What can I do if an item is missing from my shipment?
Please refer to the packing slip included with your order under a column listed as "backorder qty". Some items may be on backorder and will arrive in a separate shipment. If there’s no backorder noted and something appears to be missing, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team for assistance.
Kindly note that any missing items must be reported within seven days of receiving your order.
