How do I find out when my return was received?

Once your package arrives at our facility, please allow approximately 5–7 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email notification at the address used to place the order once the return has been completed.

If you'd like to be notified as soon as your return package reaches us, we recommend signing up for tracking updates directly through the carrier’s website using the tracking information found on your shipping label.
