Does ICO offer exchanges?

At this time, we don’t offer an exchange program. However, you’re welcome to return any eligible items for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

Returning from an online order is quick and easy. Please use the following four steps to complete the process.

1. Start your return online
Go to icouniforms.com and scroll to the bottom of the home page. Click on “Returns.”

2. Locate your order
Enter the email address used for your purchase along with your order number. (Order numbers start with “ICO,” “RH,” “LM,” or “WST” followed by 4–5 numbers.) Once your order appears, select the one you'd like to return and click “Return Items.”

3. Submit your return request
Review the items you wish to return and click “Submit.” You’ll then have the option to print a return label and packing slip (a small fee will apply). If you prefer, you’re also welcome to use a courier of your choice.

4. Package and ship your return
Include a copy of the return slip inside the package and affix the return label to the outside. Be sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels. Then drop the package off with your chosen courier.

Once your return is received at our facility, please allow up to five business days for processing. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
